Lifetime Engagement Ring Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty with every engagement ring purchased from Luxury Diamonds. If there is ever a problem with your ring, simply return it to our office in Vancouver for free inspection. In the case of a manufacturer defect, we will perform the repair completely free of charge. If the issue results from normal wear and tear, you will only be charged for the cost of repair materials, but not for labor. 

Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for inspection.

Our engagement ring warranty includes the following free of charge. 

• resizing 
• polishing
• cleaning
• ring inspection 

The above policy excludes accidental damages, neglect, or physical damage caused by the purchaser. Regular maintenance and cleaning of your jewellery pieces is the best way to prevent issues from arising.

Please note that the center diamond in any engagement ring is not included in our engagement ring warranty. We strongly recommend that you purchase an insurance policy that covers loss or damage to the center diamond, as well as loss or theft of the ring.

Luxury Diamonds is not responsible for any damage or defects that are caused by work performed on the ring by another jeweller. Any repair or maintenance services provided by another jeweller will render Luxury Diamonds warranty void.
